We have been making traditional lemonade for our Friday Night Market. We worked out the steps we need to follow to make it.
First we squeeze the juice out of all the lemons.
Then we pour the juice into the bowl.
We had to make make sure none of the pips went in. After that we add one cup of boiling water to one cup of lemon juice. We measured that we had 9 cups of lemon juice so we added 9 cups of boiling water. Then we added some sugar to taste.
