Fantastic Mr Fox

 

As part of our reading workshops some of us have been listening to Fantastic Mr Fox. We have used this time to relax on a pillow at the end of the day and enjoy listening to a story read to us. We paused often to make predictions, ask questions and share our connections to the text. Some of us have seen Wes Anderson's Fantastic Mr Fox animated film with our families, so this allowed us to also discuss the similarities and differences between the book and the film. At the completion of the book we illustrated the Mr Fox we had each imagined while listening to the story.
