Literacy in Triciclo!!!!

Hello all, we thought we would have a bit of a show off of the Literacy in Triciclo since next week is the BEPS Writers Festival!!!!!!

Literacy is Reading, Writing and Communicating through various means (symbols, art, sound).

Of course, in our program, Literacy is deeply embedded in everything we do- especially Project Time. Therefore, we see Literacy flourish in every space in our room. Our Literacy area is set up to support the development and extension of literacy in all children. Have a squiz below for some fab pics!

We value technology as an important part of learning- especially as a Literacy tool to publish and create!

Word charts bridge writing blocks for children as well as encourage independence, editing work and expand vocabulary.
