Ben the Boat Builder came and worked with us during Project Time! He let us use his array of special boat building tools and we worked with different types of wood. It was a time of deep inquiry as Ben could answer many of our questions about how and why boats are made. Ben stayed with us while we ate our lunch and we had rich discussion about all things nautical!!
